Printed Postcards are a proven way to reach new customers.

In addition to printing your postcards, Imagine R Power can mail them, and even provide design assistance and mail list services!

To utilize Mailing Services, first order your postcards on the website, then choose “Direct Mail” in the shipping portion of the Job Cart. The address in the Shipping area should be the address you want the "overs" (extra un-mailed pieces) shipped to after the mailing is completed. The Turnaround time chosen on the website is for the printing portion of the postcards. Mail Services adds 2 to 3 business days to the Ship Date/Turnaround time.

 

After the job is created, please email mailing@imaginerpower.com with your Imagine R Power job number, the mailing list and the postage Class*. We will respond with postage due. Imagine R Power must receive postage funds at least 48 hours before the mailing date to avoid delays in the mail schedule. Postage may be paid via credit card (postage transactions only incur a 5% convenience fee if paid by credit card), cashier's check, money order, or wire/bank transfer.

Imagine R Power will inkjet address the cards and process for Presort postal discounts:

Non-Profit Standard - please email or call Mailing Services for more information. We can mail under your non-profit rate, by filling out a form with your original permit information to hold on file at our local post office. Note we cannot mail the job if your permit/indicia is printed on the piece.

If you are not utilizing our design department to design your cards, please note that we must have a 4" wide x 2" tall complete white/unprinted area in the bottom right corner of the mailing side/panel - which allows sufficient room to inkjet address and barcode - otherwise, your mailing will not qualify for Presort discounts and will mail at the full First Class rate. Postcard mailing jobs must utilize our postal permit (even for non-profit mailings) so any indicia or permit information must be removed before the art file is uploaded, unless you have requested and placed our permit in your art.

Postage for bound products will depend on booklet size, page count and paper type. Booklets generally mail at the Flat rate - contact us at mailing@imaginerpower.com for more information on estimating the postage of your booklet job.
