You provide the copy and we design your ad. Includes 2 initial design options, unlimited revisions, and final art for 1 print ad. Turnaround time for designs is 3-5 business days versus the usual 5-10 days.

Design & Copy (1 Print Ad)

Concept, copy and design services for 1 final print ad. Includes 2 initial design concepts, copywriting services, unlimited revisions and final art that meets your publication's print specifications.

2 Ad Campaign (Design & Copy for 2 final ads)

Includes at least 3 initial design concepts, copywriting, unlimited revisions and final art work for 2 print ads.

3 Ad Campaign (Design & Copy for 3 final ads)

Includes at least 5 initial concepts to choose from, copy, design and unlimited revisions, plus final production for 3 print ads.

Publication Type:

Newspaper/Broadsheet (13" x 21")

Units ranging from under 1/4 page up to full-page double-truck (2-page spread). Includes all broadsheet and larger format newspapers. Typical broadsheet formats would include publications like The New York Times, The Washington Post, or most local dailies.

Newspaper/Tabloid (11" x 14")

Units ranging from under 1/4 page up to full-page double-truck (2-page spread). Includes all tab related formats. Typical tabloid formats would include publications like The National Enquirer, NY Daily News, The Sporting News or most local community papers.

Magazine/Standard (8.5" x 11")

Units ranging from under 1/3 page up to full-page spread. Includes all standard size magazine formats. Typical 'standard' formats would include such publications as People Magazine, BusinessWeek, Time, or Vanity Fair.

Magazine/Tabloid (11" x 14")

Units ranging from under 1/4 page up to full-page spread. Includes all standard size magazine formats. Typical 'standard' formats would include such publications as Advertising Age, Variety, Parade, or ESPN Magazine.

Free Standing Inserts (FSI)

FSIs represent the category of ads that, unlike display (ROP) advertising, would be most commonly inserted into a publication. Units range from smaller 'buckslip' sized inserts for such companies as ADVO or ValPak, up to full page ads running in circulars such as Valassis.

Yellow Pages (7.825" x 9.625")

Still a powerful medium local advertisers rely on for reaching that 'motivated buyer'. Ad sizes ranging from Quarter Column (QC) to Double-Truck (DT). Make your yellow page ad stand out while saving hundreds as compared to other leading yellow page design services.

Color:

Black & White (1 color)

An ad printed black ink on white background.

Spot Color (B/W + color)

The use of an extra color for emphasis – generally, in addition to a basic black-and-white layout.

Full Color (4-color process)

The printing technology that involves use of four ink colors [black, red (magenta), blue (cyan), and yellow] to produce a printed image that matches the full color of the original artwork.

Ad Width

The width of an ad in inches. Note, many publications will sell by 'column inch', so a '2 x 5 inch' ad may be 2 columns wide versus 2 inches wide. PLEASE BE SURE TO CONVERT COLUMNS TO INCHES for the most accurate quote.

Ad Height

The height of an ad in inches.

Ad Size (Yellow Pages)

Yellow page ads are based on fixed ad unit sizes 10. Selecting 'Yellow Pages' in the Publication Type pulldown will bring up your yellow page unit options.

Turnaround:

Turnaround times represent timeframe for initial round of designs. Extra time may be required depending on client feedback, revisions and final production requirements. Great advertising takes time! We recommend that you provide a minimum of 10 business days prior to your materials deadline in order to avoid rush charges.
